How does the trial work?
Create your account, confirm your company, and review your setup before starting the 14-day trial. A card is required. €0 is charged initially; the subscription renews automatically on day 15 at €250/month unless cancelled. Your exact renewal date is shown before checkout.
What do credits pay for?
Credits measure completed work such as scoring a company, enriching a contact, or preparing an outreach draft. They are not a count of leads or emails. See the action breakdown and remaining balance in Usage & billing.
How much work is 25,000 credits?
As an example, one new contact (25), one company score (150), one contact enrichment (75), one opening draft (150), and one follow-up (100) use 500 credits. The monthly allowance covers 50 such combinations. Actual usage depends on the actions and contacts you choose; this is a planning example, not a promise of 50 qualified leads.
Do I need a paid setup package?
No. Start directly in the app. There is no required pilot or separate playbook fee.
Is sending included?
Castia prepares and reviews the work. The current Plays workflow sends through your connected Smartlead account. Its plan, domains, mailboxes, and other provider charges are separate. Approval alone does not send; sending must be explicitly enabled and handed off.
Can I cancel?
Cancel before the trial renewal to avoid the first €250 charge. After the trial, the monthly subscription continues until cancelled. Manage billing in the app.
